Returns

Damaged / Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customized / Personalized Products: Due to the unique nature of customized products (such as printed T-shirts, mugs, gifts, etc.), we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or the customization has an error from our side.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). You will be notified once your refund is approved.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
No Returns / Refunds In These Cases:

Color or size differences due to screen variation or incorrect size selection by the customer.

Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control.

Minor print placement variation in customized items.
