Return and Refund Policy

At Sriya's Tees and Gifts, we take pride in delivering quality products. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we're here to help!

 

Returns

  • Damaged / Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Customized / Personalized Products: Due to the unique nature of customized products (such as printed T-shirts, mugs, gifts, etc.), we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or the customization has an error from our side.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). You will be notified once your refund is approved.

  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

 

No Returns / Refunds In These Cases:

  • Color or size differences due to screen variation or incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control.

  • Minor print placement variation in customized items.
