  • We offer custom-printed T-shirts, mugs, gift items, and more.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Custom/personalized orders must be reviewed carefully before confirming, as we do not allow changes once production has started.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase and no Cash on Delivery accepted.

  • We accept UPI, Bank transfers.


3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices do not include shipping fees unless stated otherwise.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will vary depending on the product and location.

  • We will provide estimated delivery dates, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

  • Sriya's Tees and Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.


5. Returns and Refunds

Returns

  • Damaged / Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Customized / Personalized Products: Due to the unique nature of customized products (such as printed T-shirts, mugs, gifts, etc.), we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or the customization has an error from our side

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). You will be notified once your refund is approved.

  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

No Returns / Refunds In These Cases:

  • Color or size differences due to screen variation or incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control.

  • Minor print placement variation in customized items.


6. Product Display

We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or print process.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and images on our site are the property of Sriya's Tees and Gifts and may not be used or reproduced without permission.


8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content


9. Limitation of Liability

Sriya's Tees and Gifts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
